The strategy unlocked the benefit by audience, and articulated the complex story in a way that made sense. We used an experience design exercise to identify the moments that matter, and how to exceed expectations. This process identified process disconnects, and enabled better operational consistency, streamlined effort and maximised impact.

The brand design captures the tone of the business, the mindset of the candidates and the ambition of the corporates who want to reinvent their greatest asset, their human asset.
